1、Overall Overview
Remote control float valves rely on hydraulic automatic control,do not require electricity,have stable large-diameter flow,and close tightly.They are mainly used for automatic water inlet,automatic water stop,and automatic water level control of various water tanks,water tanks,and water towers to prevent overflow and water shortage.They are widely used in building water supply and drainage,fire protection,industrial water supply,and municipal water supply systems.
2、Specific applicable locations
Building and living water supply and drainage
High rise residential areas,office buildings,hotels,and shopping malls have rooftop living water tanks and underground living water reservoirs that automatically replenish water and automatically close when full.
Special for fire protection system
Fire water tank,high-level fire water tank,and stable pressure fire water tank are commonly used valves in fire engineering to control the water level of fire water sources.
Municipal and community secondary water supply
Secondary booster pump station for tap water,residential reservoir,intermediate water tank in the pipeline network,remote automatic water level control.
Industrial plant water supply
Factory circulating water tank,production cooling water tower,industrial water storage tank,clean water tank in the factory area,and automatic replenishment of industrial circulating water system.

High level remote control scenario
The main valve is installed in the pipeline well and pump room,and the floating ball is installed in the high water tank.The valve body and floating ball can be installed separately at a distance,suitable for working conditions with limited space and large pipeline diameters.

Main:clean water,tap water,domestic cold water,fire water
Generally clean water at room temperature,without a large amount of sediment or highly corrosive liquids.
4、Applicable pipeline and operating conditions characteristics
Suitable for large-diameter pipelines(DN50~DN300 or even larger)with high flow inlet.
Suitable for high-pressure water supply pipelines with strong pressure bearing capacity.
Places without power supply,explosion-proof locations,and locations where wiring and electricity are inconvenient.
Long term unmanned operation,automatic operation,and automatic water stop and overflow prevention are required.
5、Not applicable scope(supplementary for regular exams)
Not suitable for hot water and high-temperature water.
Not suitable for sewage,mud water,and turbid water containing a large amount of impurities(which can easily clog pressure pipes).
Not applicable to oils,acidic and alkaline corrosive chemical liquids.
Not suitable for household pipelines with extremely small diameters(ordinary floating ball valves are more suitable for household use).
