600X Electric Control Valve

600X Electric Control Valve is a pilot-operated hydraulic control valve equipped with electromagnetic pilot valve for remote electric control. Widely used in municipal water supply, reservoir water inlet and outlet, fire protection pipelines, water treatment plants and industrial circulating water systems. It receives electric signals to realize remote opening and closing of pipelines, realizing automatic or centralized management of pipe networks.

The valve body is cast from high-strength ductile iron with excellent pressure resistance and structural stability. Standard pressure grades include PN10 and PN16 with flanged connection. The main valve is driven by fluid medium pressure. Only the small pilot solenoid valve needs power supply, which greatly reduces power consumption compared with conventional large-diameter electric gate valves and butterfly valves. Users can match AC220V, DC24V and other specifications of pilot solenoid valves according to control requirements.

Working principle: When the electromagnetic pilot valve receives the opening signal, the control pressure chamber of the main valve discharges pressure, and the medium pressure pushes the valve disc to open, enabling fluid circulation. When the closing signal is sent, the pilot valve resets, the control chamber is filled with pressure, and the valve disc moves downward to cut off pipeline flow. The opening and closing speed can be adjusted via built-in needle valve to avoid water hammer impact caused by rapid switch.

This valve features low investment cost for large diameter pipelines, simple wiring and convenient automation transformation. Complete specifications cover DN50 ~ DN800. Applicable medium is clean water such as tap water, fire service water and circulating water, working temperature 0℃~80℃. Horizontal installation is recommended.

Operation & installation notes: Install strictly following the flow arrow marked on valve body. A Y-type strainer must be installed upstream to prevent impurities from blocking the pilot pipeline and solenoid valve. Adjust the needle valve moderately to control opening/closing speed. Pay attention to waterproof protection of the electromagnetic pilot valve in humid pump room environment. This valve is mainly used for pipeline on-off control and is not suitable for frequent continuous flow regulation.

All finished valves pass strict shell hydrostatic test, sealing test and electric linkage function test before delivery. Each set is inspected to guarantee sensitive electric signal response and reliable sealing after closing. For large-caliber automated pipeline projects, 600X electric control valve is an economical alternative to motorized metal-seated valves.
