SP45F Digital Lock Balancing Valve, also known as static balancing valve, is an essential hydraulic balancing component for closed circulating water systems. It is widely used in central air conditioning chilled water, hot water heating, district heating networks and industrial circulating water pipelines. By precise adjustment of flow resistance, it realizes reasonable flow distribution of each branch pipeline, solves the problem of unbalanced water volume, improves temperature uniformity of the whole system and reduces unnecessary energy consumption of water pumps.
The valve body is cast from high-strength ductile iron with excellent pressure resistance and impact toughness, standard pressure grade PN16. Flanged connection is adopted for stable installation. The valve stem is made of stainless steel, matched with reliable packing sealing to avoid medium leakage. Equipped with visible digital scale dial and locking mechanism, operators can accurately adjust the opening degree according to engineering design parameters. After debugging reaches the target flow, the knob can be locked to avoid random changes caused by accidental touch or vibration.
Working principle: As a static balancing valve, it changes the local resistance coefficient of the pipeline by adjusting the valve opening. Under the designed operating condition, each branch obtains the rated flow required by the drawing. It is necessary to carry out unified system debugging after construction completion. Once set, it maintains fixed resistance. It is suitable for constant flow heating and air conditioning water systems.
Standard specifications cover DN15 to DN300. Applicable media are clean water, antifreeze aqueous solution and other non-corrosive liquids. Normal working temperature ranges from 0℃ to 120℃. The valve supports horizontal and vertical installation. It is recommended to reserve straight pipe sections at the front and rear to ensure accurate flow measurement during debugging.
Operation precautions: Install strictly according to the flow arrow marked on the valve body. A filter should be installed upstream to prevent impurities from jamming the valve core. Professional debugging instruments are required to complete flow calibration on site. This product belongs to static balance equipment, and cannot automatically compensate flow deviation when pipeline pressure fluctuates, which is the main difference from self-operated dynamic balancing valve. It cannot be used as shut-off valve.
All finished valves pass strict shell hydrostatic test and sealing test before delivery. Each product is inspected to guarantee smooth adjustment, clear scale and reliable locking function.
